Virtual Training Program
We offer a variety of virtual programs that allow our athletes to train at home with us each week over Zoom, at home, without the need for equipment.
Sign up below for our Virtual Training Program for weekly workouts and yoga classes that can be completed in the comfort of home. A great opportunity to bring the whole family together to enjoy the physical and emotional benefits of exercise and movement while staying fit and socially connected!
Each class is 30-45 minutes in length and designed to be completed inside a NYC apartment requiring little to no equipment.
Stretch & Strengthen Class: Strengthening and stretching exercises that help athletes increase strength, muscle tone, balance, and range of motion.
Fitness Class: Body weight and cardio exercise class that utilizes interval training to help boost fitness and endurance at home.
Yoga: Exclusively for parents and caregivers to practice self-care at home. All classes can be modified for both chair and floor yoga.
Weekly Schedule
Monday: Stretch & Strengthen Class @ 6:30pm
Monday: Cooking Class at 7pm
Tuesday: Social Skills Group @ 4pm
Tuesday: Fitness Class @ 6:30pm
Thursday: Book Club @ 4pm
