  • Equipment: One set of agility ladder, mini hurdles, cones, batons, bean bags, hoops and one sports ball

  • Modifications of all exercises to support students with limited walking mobility and for individuals in wheelchairs

PROGRAM PATHWAYS - Outlined below are the two distinct pathways we provide for in-school programs

Option 1: In-Person Coaching

This program is ideal for school communities who are enthusiastic about incorporating adaptive recreational programs into students’ school day but seek experienced personnel to lead the programs effectively. Fast Feet will provide a highly trained teacher to visit your school to lead weekly practices.

Scheduling of this program is flexible with the needs of each school partner and can be provided during the school day or after school.

Option 2: CURRICULUM CONSULTING & STAFF TRAINING

This program is ideal for school communities interested in implementing our curriculum internally with existing school personnel. Fast Feet will provide a two-hour training session to school staff which overviews our curriculum and best practices in delivering weekly lessons.

To ensure a successful implementation of our programs, we provide ongoing support to partner schools who choose Option 2 in the following ways:

  • Lesson plans sent week-to-week, providing opportunities for questions and communication

  • Monthly in-person visits from Fast Feet leadership to support program implementation and offer feedback

  • Weekly “office hours” check-ins via Zoom

  • Unlimited email communication

  • Data tracking regarding our eight benchmarks

  • End-of-Year Track Meet organized at a local track for entire school
