Through the sport of running, Fast Feet athletes realize their athletic potential, increase their personal fitness, make new friends, and develop healthy habits.  

Fast Feet offers different programming options to support and assist individuals of all abilities. Our running clubs for schools create inclusive and supportive team environments within a school community. Athletes, coaches, and teachers all work towards a common goal of improvement with each training session. In this safe and supportive setting, athletes build their endurance, speed, and movement patterns. 

Running teams for communities offer an athletic opportunity for all children and young adults, regardless of where they may attend school. With weekly afterschool practices and weekend races, our track teams build strong relationships through hard work, sweat, and teamwork. 

Our virtual training program allows athletes to train at home with us each week over Zoom! We provide weekly live fitness, nutrition, yoga, and social skills classes that can be completed inside an apartment with no equipment. For more information, visit our Virtual Training page.
