Cost: $20 per class, $80 for the 4 week cycle.

Hosted in our community space, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility and mindfulness through accessible yoga practices tailored to individual needs. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned participant, this session offers a chance to move, relax and connect with others in a supportive setting.

Description: Prepare your body for peak performance with our Strength and Conditioning class! Designed to enhance flexibility, movement, power, speed, and overall fitness, this dynamic class incorporates a variety of exercises to keep you engaged and challenged. Athletes will participate in circuit training, plyometrics, and agility-focused drills, ensuring a well-rounded workout experience. Whether you’re gearing up for the spring track season or simply looking to elevate your fitness level, this class is the perfect opportunity to build strength, improve endurance, and achieve your athletic goals. Open to ages 7+


About Sarah Marie Lowe

With over fifteen years of practice, a decade of full-time teaching, and three years of studio ownership, Sarah brings lived experience and compassion to her classes. She emphasizes mobility, strength building, breath work, and practical movement with structural integrity. Her classes are fun, accessible, and non-dogmatic. Sarah has completed three teacher trainings, including Hatha Vinyasa with Kira Ryder in 2007 and Ashtanga with David Swenson in 2013.

She has taught workshops, retreats, and classes internationally. Her experience ranges from teaching four-week Yoga for Teens in high school P.E. programs to helping a Girl Scout troop in Shanghai earn its yoga badge to teaching weekly studio classes in Brooklyn.

Sarah has also completed continuing education in trauma-informed teaching, teaching to vulnerable populations, and Sonia Sumar’s Yoga for the Special Child programs. Above all, she finds yoga an excellent means of connection and loves helping people of all ages and abilities find ways to access and build relationships with yoga on their own terms. She has been a Fast Feet volunteer since 2020 and is excited to share yoga and mindfulness with athletes of all abilities.
